How it works
From signing up to being paid
Seven steps. Two of them involve waiting, and we would rather explain why than let you find out.
Create an account
Email, a password, and the country you are in. We ask for your country because it determines what work you are eligible for and how you can be paid, not to profile you. Nothing else is required to start.
Tell us what you can do
Your languages, your skills, the kinds of work you want. This is what we match against, so the more accurate it is the less time you waste opening tasks you cannot complete.
Pick work you are eligible for
Every task shows what it pays, roughly how long it takes, exactly what counts as complete, and how long approval takes. If it comes through a partner network, it also shows how long the reversal window is. You see all of that before you start.
Do the work
Properly. Quality is checked, and straight-lining a survey or submitting nonsense to a labelling task gets rejected — which costs you the time you spent. The people paying for this need it to be real.
It becomes pending
The reward appears in your wallet as pending. It is yours; it is just not withdrawable yet, because the client or the partner network can still reverse it. The waiting period was shown on the task before you started.
It clears
Once the reversal window closes, the reward moves to your available balance automatically. You do not have to claim it, ask for it, or watch an advert to unlock it.
You withdraw
Choose a payout method. You see the amount, the fee, exactly what will arrive and how long it should take, before you confirm. Most withdrawals go straight through. If yours is held for review we tell you, and if it is refused every micro comes back including the fee.
